The Composite Geomembrane Liner combines the strengths of both geotextiles and geomembranes, offering enhanced performance for various applications. The geotextile layer significantly increases tensile strength, while the geomembrane provides excellent impermeability, moisture resistance, and protection against tears and punctures.
Key Benefits:
Leak Reduction: Effectively minimizes leakage through small seep holes that may form in the geomembrane, making it ideal for municipal solid waste systems in landfills.
Versatile Applications: Widely used in landfills, wastewater treatment facilities, road construction, aquaculture, landscaping, and agriculture.
Manufacturing Process:
Our Composite Geomembrane Liner is produced by heat-bonding nonwoven or woven geotextiles with HDPE geomembranes using advanced calendaring technology. This process involves pressing one or two layers of geotextile onto the geomembrane in a continuous far infrared heating oven. Additionally, polymers and anti-aging materials are incorporated during production, allowing the liner to perform effectively in various temperature environments.
